Fabrication and Weldings
We have in-house Metal Fabrication and welding shop. We continuely invest in fabrication and coating equipment which allows are skilled team to produce high quality products while fulfilling customer delivery needs. We have CAD/CAM machinery for CNC milling, drilling, turning, and grinding operations on all metal and Non-metal materials.
We conduct Non Destructive Test (NDT) on our welded components as part of our end-to-end welding process to find and determine any defects. Our Welding inspectors practise Visual Inspection (VT) Using tools such as fillet gauges, magnifying glasses, tape measures, and callipers. Inspectors can detect spatter, excessive buildup, insufficient slag removal, cracks, heat distortion, undercutting, and poor penetration.
